1. Free Plan

Our Free plan does not require payment, so there is nothing to refund.

2. Paid Subscriptions

If you purchase a paid monthly or annual subscription and cancel within the first 14 days, we will issue a full refund of the subscription fee. After 14 days, all payments are final and non‐refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at tracklytics.app@gmail.com with your account details and reason for the refund. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

4. Partial Refunds

If you downgrade from an annual plan to a monthly plan mid‐term, we may prorate a refund for the unused portion of your annual plan at our discretion.
