4. FAQ

Are my documents secure?

01

Yes. Documents are stored securely and links are private unless you choose to share them. You can revoke access at any time by deleting the document or disabling the link.

Can viewers download my files?

02

By default, downloading is disabled so you maintain control over your content. Future versions may allow configurable download permissions per document.

How many documents can I upload?

03

Free plans support a limited number of active documents. Paid plans increase those limits or unlock unlimited documents, depending on the tier you choose.

Can I delete a document and its analytics?

04

Yes. From your dashboard, open the menu beside a document and select Delete. This removes the document and prevents any further views using old links.
